This trip to New Mexico was for an all female camp and ride event put on by In~Cahoots Moto Community.  The Southwest Quest was located in the Tijeras range just south east of Albuquerque.  I got involved through friends I met years ago on my solo moto trip to California .  The area was insanely beautiful, and I loved being able to ride through the desert again!  The skies are just gorgeous and the roads are prestine and curving up and down... We look like we are having the time of our lives in these photos (because I know I was)  These are the Instagramable and printable ones we have to hang on our wall- photos that we all strive for- Some see my feed and think, UGH more lovey dovey crap from Amy . lol.. or so I've been commented to... Straight away: What is your Distance- how you pack for each trip and if you stay in a hotel or not: Obviously if you are going to stay in a hotel, this blog entry isn't for you.  There is no need to pack as many items, or to plan a route as carefully.. just watch your signs, find your hotel, and kick back momma! I usually travel on the CHEAP... This blog is for someone who is trying to save the money, or find the freedom or nature that comes with sleeping under the stars- with the occasional hack of staying in a hotel or crashing one with a hot tub to relax those muscles! This is meant as a guide to help with packing to camp, at stops, along the side the road, maybe in a parking lot (yes I have a way that isn't too creepy!). Looking from the outside in.. misunderstanding the context.  A brief glimpse into someones life, a snapshot pausing a moment in time.  The subject and meaning of the photo is all in the eye of the person looking at it.  One photo can be looked at by many people and interpreted a million ways. Today, we can look into anyone's life, see a snap shot of their lives and make any assumption about it we want.. and even voice our opinions publicly.  But.. we also have the ability to manipulate and pose that snapshot- into anything we want to portray.. there's a line between real and fantasy, and the skewed perspective , that has been a big controversy in the news lately, and it made me think about my personal situation.  The drastic assumptions and ideas that come from the photos that I take, or what they might convey to someone.
